You will need to allow about 30 minutes for family and group photography and then another hour for portrait photography and videography. Usually it is good to work backwards from the sunset time on the day to work out your best ceremony time with the above considerations.

 

Efficient Group Photography:

Designate a family member to assist the photographer in organizing family and group portraits post-ceremony. This expedites the process, allowing more time for capturing intimate couple shots.

 

Optimizing Photo Locations:

Minimize travel between photo shoot locations. Exploit picturesque spots near your ceremony and reception venues to fully capitalize on photo and video opportunities and better utilise the dwindling afternoon light.

Although beach weddings are picturesque, anticipate challenges such as wind noise and intense lighting. Contemplate hosting the ceremony near the beach, in a park overlooking perhaps, for more favorable conditions.
